Isaac Reichman - Director 
After a 15 year stint as a secondary school teacher and working for a travel agency for a number of years, Isaac established Taking Off Tours agency more than 26 years ago. 

Isaac travelled most of his life and has an interest in different cultures and environments. The experience he gained enables him to get his clients to difficult destinations with ease.

Isaac has always embraced corporate travel and understands demanding clients who have exacting requirements and who often need to change their itineraries at short notice. 

He is very familiar with Central America, South America, Africa India and South-East Asia, as well as Korea and Japan. Always having clients from the Academia in the last 15 years he and Taking off Tours have become  one of the foremost experts in travel within the Pacific region.

Our clients – The Pacific Forum in Fiji , The Office of the Chief Trade Advisor in Vanuatu and the Pacific Community in Noumea – refer clients to us from all over the world for travel within the Pacific region, Europe or around the world.

Melanie Golin - Director 
Born and raised in Johannesburg South Africa, Melanie started her travel career at the age of 20 as a consultant for a wholesale tour operator and from there formed her own wholesale tour company which is still in business today.

Melanie has a passion for people and their dreams as well as a lifelong love of travel and the cultural and educational insights it provides. Being able to look after her clients travel portfolio’s is something she finds very exciting. 

Melanie enjoys analyzing and identifying future trends and marketing travel packages to clients and prospects.  Her speciality is leisure and group travel.

Having travelled extensively for the last 25 years has empowered her to share and sell travel experiences with her clients. Melanie is very excited to be a part of Taking off Tours Team and looks forward to many more fruitful years in this Industry. 

Luna Reichman - Director
Luna is an ex teacher who taught for many years and now provides Taking Off Tours with much needed help and assistance with accounts and payments. Being the mistress of Myob and any computer functions beyond the skills of most others in the team she has a passion for cruising and has destinations ICCA membership accreditation.

Luna enjoys consulting with the older cruise passengers. She loves travelling to diverse and unusual destinations.
